Terms and conditions

1. Promoter 
The promoter of this competition is AccountsIQ Limited, company registration number 06578522, registered office: 51 St Mary's Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 2LE, United Kingdom (“AccountsIQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). 

2. Eligibility 
This competition is open to AccountsIQ customers in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. 

3. How to Enter 
To enter, participants must complete the above form between 17th April and 7th May 2026. 
Entries received outside the competition period will not be counted. 

4. Prize 
The prize is two (2) hospitality tickets to Harlequins vs Exeter Chiefs rugby match at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 16th May 2026. 
The prize includes hospitality access but does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses, which are the responsibility of the winner. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification 
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. 
The draw will take place at 9am on 8th May.  
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, AccountsIQ reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Conditions 
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. 
AccountsIQ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. 
The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity (such as a winner announcement post on social media). 

7. Data Protection 
Personal data supplied during the competition will be processed in accordance with AccountsIQ’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.accountsiq.com/legal/privacy-statement.  

8. General 
AccountsIQ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
AccountsIQ’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. 
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
